She now understands how interconnected our bodies are with our minds and spirits.

During her journey back to health, she found a new mission for this heart for inspiring others. She became passionate about inspiring others to regain and pursue health in their bodies, minds, and spirits. Kelcey hopes as she shares her story and what she has learned, others can become emboldened with the courage and practical steps to thrive in their lives in the area of healthy living.
