Low Carb Banana Bread

So good. This is my go-to breakfast during the week. I meal prep this on a Sunday and then have it to eat the rest of the week.
  • Mashed bananas
  • Eggs
  • Almond Flour
  • Olive Oil
  • Baking Soda
  • Sweetener (This one is a 1:1 sugar substitute), I use 1 TB of granulated not powdered
  • Walnuts, I use pecans instead of walnuts

Keto Chocolate Chip Muffins

My kids love these and we use them as an alternative to a certain mini muffin that is full of sugar. I make a batch of these over the weekend. Add a fruit and it is a quick simple breakfast for kids or you during a school/work week.

Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Still need a cookie in your life? This is a yummy recipe that I use when I need a special treat that sticks to my diet.

Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies

This is a fantastic substitute cookie recipe. I do a double batch weekly and we all snack on them through out the week. Not only does it satisfy the craving for something sweet, but the protein is great for you as well.

Cauliflower “Potato” Salad

This is one of our absolute favorite recipes. I take it to any special event; it is especially great for summer barbeques. I make a large batch of this on Sunday and then we have it for lunches through out the week. I personally roast my cauliflower in the oven, no red onion (hubby doesn’t like them), and 4 hardboiled eggs.
  • Cauliflower
  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Dill Pickle Relish
  • Red Onion, I do not use this my husband does not like red onions
  • Apple Cinder Vinegar
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Celery Salt
  • Dried Dill
  • Salt and Pepper
